JUSTICE MONDAYS INVITES RISE TO TALK COMMUNITY ACTION AGAINST HATE
Westchester for Change, a grassroots group, has been working with many other groups in our area to plan Justice Mondays in White Plains each week. On Monday, Mar. 13 at 12:00pm, Hastings RISE was invited to speak about the increased number of bias incidents in Hastings and what we've been working on.
Attended by Legislator Catherine Parker, discussing the need for the county to establish a hotline and database for bias incidents and to employ more resources.
Check out the video of our own Liz Adinolfi and Kate Landis Loewengart speaking about defying symbols of racism and antisemitism in Hastings.
Also thanks to Amy Nichols, Glorianna Valls and Jonathan Kastner.
